It is near to insanity, it's like the mind wants to keep track of evey piece- as in these experiences, there are a series of events that damage you. While you are keeping track, you replay all the emotions of being a victim, but also layer on top- anger, if only, why me? Who would do that? And, in pain, you "share", trying to dump these crazed mind feelings. It really is eroding the mind, carving a space for this process again and again.
Recall it all. Write it down. Let your mind be relieved of trying to recall it all. Get help. Get a blessing. Get a new focus. Write your testimony . Write all your blessings. Put energy into being a strong spiritual child of God. Connect to who you truly are and not to the role of a victim.
Then, the memories become just memories without layers of pain and emotion tied to them. You are safe, wrapped in love of Jesus. You are at peace and have empathy to help others.

The mother, with the baby, had been outside getting a snack out of their vehicle and saw him ram twice into the church. She alerted those inside it was not an accident. She looked in front of her and her five year-old was there. 3 more were missing. She ran for safety and her husband ran to get the others. Did you know that during WWII there was an advisor to Churchill who organized a group of people who dropped what they were doing every day at a prescribed hour for one minute to collectively pray for the safety of England , its people and peace? There is now a group of people organizing the same thing here in South Korea in behalf of the people in North Korea. Hearing of this touched my heart. ❤️

Condescension From a Pre-Mortal Estate
Being enclosed with the physical
Having left our pre-mortal estate above
