Intimacy is to be Intimate
Your future is to be seized
Or others will get there first
Our efforts must be increased
For what we hunger and thirst
Promiscuity has its Price
The more we pass ourselves around
The more chance we'll pick something up
A baby called forth, earthward bound
Or one of the diseases we're warned of
Provocative
The woman provoked, inviting sin
The man desired to enter in..
But in the deed, more occurs
As Satan enjoys all this offers
For he desires to possess each soul
As both the body and spirit lose control
The spirit too weak to call the body back
Leaves the body exposed to Satan's attack
Then he ever wants to do this again
For this small moment to enter in
Playing with fire is his hellish game
He'll do all he can to fan the flame
So be warned temptress and possessor
There is a price for this physical pleasure
An ever growing constant state of stress
Awakes the soul to shake and address
Voyeurism
We live in a time abounding in pleasure
Self-gratification, and leisure
Before your eyes, what would you like to see?
Be aware some will destroy intimacy!
Picture passion vividly
Out of control and in flames
To your spirit, it's deadly
One of many dangerous games
Language
Always there is absolute horror
At the taking of a life
But giving is another matter
As then, dirty jokes some like
Prostitution and Pornography
She eats of a stranger
And wipes at her mouth
Saying there is no danger
She smiles to pout
Well, it was not murder
Just second to it!
If she'd seen just further
She'd never do this
Selling herself
She becomes much less
Property, flesh
When lives she could bless
Sanctity
Proverbs 6: 27 Can a man take fire in his bosom, and his clothes not be burned? 28 Can one go upon hot coals, and his feet not be burned?...32 But whoso committeth a adultery with a woman lackethb understanding: he that doeth it destroyeth his own soul.
Can a man take fire in his bosomAnd find his clothes remain?
Should a man dishonor a woman
He will find his soul in pain
You know to not play with fire,
Or guns, or things that can kill
But know, if unchecked, desire
Is second to murder, still
Intimacy is your right
Within the bounds God has set
In marriage it is a delight
Outside, a path of regret
The Soul
The soul: the spirit and body
Is the mortal prize of birth
To do what is cheap and tawdry
Is to waste our time on earth
To toy with the keys of life and flesh
And desire the body of another
Is to crucify the Lord afresh
Who by His blood, bought us as our brother
Christ restored the very seeds
For resurrection and life eternal
To abuse our bodied with sinful deeds
Is to desecrate them at our peril
Why Should We Be Clean?
The light we carry
Is a gift of love
A hug for sharing
What comes from above
Sex is an intimate topic
Deserving of respect
For, in truth, it is sacred
A gift from God to protect
The refinement of life
Designed to polish man's composure
Has taken us further from light
And purity, rather than much closer
Why be morally clean?
What does this doctrine mean?
Our bodies have been bought by Christ
Shall we desecrate that high price?
For we will be washed in His blood
To be judged and resurrect
Need it be a river in flood?
Who will feel the pain, to perfect?
Oh the joy of the man and wife
Who join together, clean
Who prepare for eternal life
And all that this will mean
Purity
Imagine the purity
Of an innocent child
Shall it enter the world
Through an act that's defiled?
Imagine our Father
And standing in judgment before Him
Oh, the absolute horror
Of being 'found out' in Heaven
Of Souls, Symbols, and Sacraments
