crap board- write down your worries, fears, doubts, weaknesses on a sheet of paper. Negative thoughts, emotions, conflicts, procrastination, resistance, anxieties, problems... The brain ruminates on them. They hold you back from progress. When you write it down the brain doesn't have to remember all the "crap". Put the pessimistic thoughts on paper.

The very act disassociates you from them. The brain disconnects
from it. It doesn't have to dwell continually on it because it has been recorded.
Then, the right pre-frontal cortex is freed to let the
left problem solving frontal cortex help- (the optimist)
responds to motivations like a vision board-
This is a great way to achieve your goals.
As you feel inspired it stimulates the motivation centers of brain.
As stress tires

Hope inspires.

It's good to have an abundant life
But a chaotic pace is not they way
The best resources to combat strife
Come from recharging throughout the day
A chaotic pace puts the brain in a state of stress. There is a lack of perspective- a nagging everyday chronic stress response system puts the brain in conservation mode.
When we dwell on external things: not enough resources (time, money, skill, energy, ) the brain gets hijacked.
When we have internal stressors: missed nutrients, lack of circulation from not getting things done and sitting too much, this is toxic for the brain= not thinking logically or creatively= not achieving life's goals/dreams!
Solution:
1. The brain is susceptible in morning- nourish it with positivity,
be grateful, read inspiring words, talk to a friend, do something funny
2. Manage stress throughout the day. Take recharge breaks every hour:
write, do deep breathing, aroma therapy, re-balance!
