He Calms my Troubled Heart

He calms my troubled heart
And restores me unto faith
Through Him, the best does start
He is the Master of my fate

When the mighty waves arose
He rebuked the raging sea
When I face tempests, He knows
For He is aware of me!

Peace be still, my soul
And give ear to His call
He who has given me a role
Will help me when I fall

Let the growing storms beat down
And the swelling waves rush on
I will keep my eyes on what's known-
Unto Christ... with faith made strong
