A holy man witnessed his people's destruction,
And saw fulfillment of what was seen in vision.
He had a work to do to abridge from the plates,
And make record, too, of the past and what awaits.
He prayed that his brethren- would one day come to Christ.
And become delightsome. And read the things he writes.
Studying the gospel is like- Catching a double rainbow; Each drop of wisdom reflects light- Hinting there is more to see and know!
