Interesting side note- true for myself. I take flash cards and study on walks. I stay alert and focused. No mind wandering and overwhelmed feelings!

I remember something about rapid right left eye motions helping in therapy and thought train ride therapy would be beneficial. Have you ever scene eyes do a crazy rapid movement as you are watching the scenery fly by?
