Morning and Evening Prayers are Inseparably Linked

As we counsel with the Lord

So sorry for your loss and the after birth trauma that comes with it. My sister tried so many times to have a second...Her body just couldn't do it. Now she grieves a little that she won't have any grand babies. Her daughter never married.

I was on the phone with a dear friend who has been like a mother to me.
She told me this utube had given her comfort.
She has already lost two children and
now has a daughter with brain cancer
who has progressed to the point she cannot talk.
I watched the video and felt the emotion and
I love the words.

I picture this woman- without the crowd, makeup, and fancy hair
Telling the story out in nature just as Mary would have if she'd been here
I picture this man in flowing gown
on a hillside with angels to surround



They all walked away, with nothing to say. They'd just lost their dearest friend.
All that He said, no He was dead, so this was the way it would end.
The dreams they had dreamed, were not what they'd seemed, now that He was dead and gone.
The garden, the jail, the hammer , the nail. How could a night be so long?

Then came the morning, night turned into day.
The stone was rolled away, hope rose with the dawn.
Then came the morning, shadows vanished before the sun.
Death had lost and Life had won, for morning had come.

The angel, the star, the kings from afar, The wedding, the water, the wine.
Noe it was done, they'd taken her son. Wasted before his time.
She knew it was true, she'd watched him die too, she'd heard then call Him just a man.
But deep in her heart, She knew from the start. Somehow her Son would live again

In the Light of Day- Perfect Knowledge

In the light of day
We see more clearly
Truth is seen, dearly!

Is given to man
To judge what is right
As God's perfect plan

Though to evil we sway
We can invite what's good
Which rightly persuades

For behold, my brethren, it is given unto you to judge, that ye may know good from evil; and the way to judge is as plain, ye may know with a perfect knowledge, as the daylight is from the dark night.

In my mind, I keep hearing that the experience 

of forming the first Presidency and the president of 

Quorum of the 12 was transcendent.  It must have 

been incredible!

Disinformation and Self-Evident Truth

The Internet's been disinformationed

And this is more dangerous than one thinks

For untruths never stay at one site, stationed

But travel the world through a series of links 


It is hard to retract disinformation! People talk about AI being a threat as it becomes hard to know what's real. Is AI capable of unraveling disinformation? Will we next create something that unravels disinformation and AI to its origins? Do I even know πŸ€” what I'm talking about?

Increasingly, we need to have the power of discernment and go back to old fashioned learning: line upon line- and discover truth for ourselves, through discovery! 

Imagine our founding fathers struggling to create a document detailing our freedoms.

We hold these truths to be self evident....

Those inspired words came through a process after the labor of combined thought.

Peter the Keeper


Peter, the keeper, from earth, left...
But John the Beloved never tasted death
And remains here to see things through
As the Revelations, are his to view


"Guard my house as I prepare the Heavens..." Peter, the keeper/ the servant
They have unearthed a Byzantine church north of Galilee ( where it all began for Peter) where there is writing on the tile floor mentioning Peter having the keys on Earth.  I love discoveries!

Though Peter had the priesthood keys, it was John the Beloved who chose to remain on earth and was transfigured to do so. 

Are John the Beloved and the Three Nephites actually still on the earth? If so, what are they doing?

Peter, James, and John appeared to Joseph Smith and conferred on him the Melchizedek Priesthood.

23 Then went this saying abroad among the brethren, that that disciple should not die: yet Jesus said not unto him, He shall not die; but, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee?

24 This is the disciple which testifieth of these things, and wrote these things: and we know that his testimony is true.

25 And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen
