Church Statement Regarding Missionary in Jamaica
Caught in the crossfire
Between good and evil
An innocent bystander
Took the hit for his people
In a moment of danger
With visitors around
T'went not to a stranger
But to a native it bound
He'd been sent to save souls
And prepare them for heaven
It took death...rippled with holes
For his message to be given
Only the greatest of love
Come of much sacrifice
Could turn thoughts to above
Only brotherly love would suffice
In the path of the Savior
While serving his fellowmen
This young man through labor
Sought only to "follow him"
Studying the gospel is like- Catching a double rainbow; Each drop of wisdom reflects light- Hinting there is more to see and know!
