Mormon Glenn Beck: Prophet dies

Let us record what touches our hearts
And may it be heard as God's love imparts
Capturing that moment when eyes become moist
And the very comments we treasure the most

For this is our proof that heaven is close
Giving us truth from our head to our toes
Always our eyes as well as our hearts and minds swell
When searching tries and the Spirit dwells

Always there's more than we have on our own
Awaking our core that to God we are known
Sweet is the day when we feel close to Him
And much gives way as love moves within

Our prophet died and word traveled fast
Although we cried we were thankful he'd passed
Such love he had for his eternal sweetheart
We were but glad they were no longer apart
