Prayer helps us transcend
Above the stormy times
To where the gloom does end
Unto resplendent skies
As a plane can lift
So too can our lives
As we apply prayer's gift
Of heavenly grace to strive
As a moving plane can lift
Against whatever has descended
Each heart felt prayer uplifts
Unto what's spiritually transcendent
