The Bearers of the Holy Priesthood

The bearers of the holy priesthood
Will offer up the sacrament
Soon, they'll stand as though the Lord here stood
To grant us a sacred moment

That as we partake of His emblems
We do it by way of command
That we may be found through repentance
We're spotless to live out God's plan

This Sunday is our day for learning
The Sabbath is a holy day
That as to our covenants we're turning
The press of the world falls away

As we think of the Lord's sacrifice
We ponder and too remember
That only broken hearts will suffice
As with His name we're a member
