A leader

Humbly, are you the kind of leader
That instills strengths and confidence?
That compensates those who are eager
Who work to know and do without hesitance?

Then come what may till an unforeseen day
When a crisis storms upon and hits full force
That, though suddenly, you've been called away
Each labors still at their appointed course

For they're sure you'll approve of what they do
As they, like you, humbly pray before each task
Then be certain if you're possessed of this virtue
Your good name before and behind you ever lasts
