Why These Temples?

Time cannot destroy
And death cannot disrupt
Eternal sealing joy
Which temples do conduct

They who in white robes
Have left the world behind
That when before God's throne
Peace and blessings they do find

There is no compulsion
Only opportunity
A temple excursion
Blesses our posterity

But, what of our forebears?
And their relationships?
They're our ancestral heirs
And their work's our stewardship

Thus, love goes beyond the grave
Unto the family of God
That what's sacred does save
A linking of names growing broad
