What is expedient
For a course correction?
Who'll be obedient?
Those with ears have direction.
The proud and the stiff necked
Have minds full of blindness.
As God's laws are thought strict,
The heart thickens with hardness.
There is a better way.
The Lord is merciful.
To those who put forth faith,
Communion is spiritual.
Those in the Promised Land
Must keep God's commandments.
And choose where best to stand-
Towards an inheritance.
The church leaders exhort,
With words to prick the heart.
They make holy record,
With God's message to impart!
Studying the gospel is like- Catching a double rainbow; Each drop of wisdom reflects light- Hinting there is more to see and know!
