To Be Humble and Submit

To be humble and submit
To all the Lord does inflict
We must be loving as a child,
Full of patience, and most mild

We believe salvation comes
When as a child we become
We must put off the natural man
To do all that the Lord commands

Unto God, Jesus did submit
With suffering that was perfect
The laws of justice were fulfilled
As the Lord's holy blood was spilled

The wicked drink of damnation
And are denied of salvation
In fire and brimstone's endless bath.
They drink from the cup of wrath
