Deliverance

No two people have the same circumstance
Yet, each will know moments needing deliverance
When our trials stretch us, we cry out more-
All our pain and sorrow Christ atoned for!
He has gazed upon our hearts where there is grief
And offers a special gift for our relief

The comforter, the Holy Ghost can teach us anew
With our good intentions, we must follow through
When we struggle with the heart and mind in opposition
The Holy Ghost can help us make the best decision
Deliverance requires our repentance
When we pray and ponder, all this makes sense

We humbly struggle to break free of sin
With the lord's help- it's a battle we can win!
We can feel hope for His day of judgment
We'll see His face- with the joy we were meant
For now we can serve, in His name, with love
And come to discern God's will from above
