Book of Mormon- testimonies of

 I took a some short poems of testimonies I have recorded in other posts and put them together.  

This monumental task
Required many hands

Faith, sacrifice and

Knowledge that the purpose is grand:

That this treasure was buried

And preserved for our day

To bring us closer to Christ 

And preserve US with faith

This is our book of hope

For happiness through Christ always 

Here we find love to hold

And read from what God says

Where would I be

Without the Book of Mormon?

So easy to read 

I know it's God's gift for man!

It is just what I need!

Such words for our day!

It forewarns us of pride

Which gets n the way

Of feeling close to Christ!

And His love for us, always!

Keep a question in your mind

Every time you read

And have faith that you will find

The answers that you need

Believe and you will see

A mighty change within

You'll love others newly

Seeing God's love for them!

What patience will begin!!!

If we don't read

The Book of Mormon

Nearer to Christ!

Dust off that book.

Be filled with Light!

Do more than look!

For a pure heart 

Absorb its truths.

Love, will impart

And warm you as proof
