Three Choices- Three Pairs of Shoes- Their Shoes- Your Shoes-And the Shoes You Follow

 

The wicked cannot stand
Feelings of unacceptance
They don't understand
From sins, we keep our distance
And, so persecutions come
As we're not understood
The commandments make us one
That is when we feel good
In the face of persecution
It takes faith to not give up
To not make retribution
But show tolerance and love

We all have three choices

to put yourself in their shoes

show them the shoes you wear

Or point out the shoes you follow

Can you do all three?

And reach an understanding

To walk together side by side

And put our differences aside
You have three choices- put yourself in their shoes, show them your shoes, or point them to the shoes that you follow. Can you do all three?
