Just like the ark, showed

It was overshadowed

So too was Mary

As Christ came to be

Old-

The ark of the covenant being overshadowed with the presence of God

Staying in the home of the Levite priests for 3 months

David dancing and leaping at the glory of the Lord 

New

Mary overshadowed by the Holy Spirit

Mary staying with Elizabeth, wife of a Levite priests

John the Baptist in the womb leaping for joy at the glory of the Lord
