Shout it Out

I tried to shout
Overs your doubts and fears
So what I taught
Would get past your ears

Sigh. I was teaching a student that was inconsistent.  Saying, "I don't know" and shutting down. Nothing was working to help her gain confidence. I did what you are not supposed to do and raised my voice. She confessed she felt she was not good enough. She had been comparing herself to the best in the class.
