Sustaining Vote

Your sustaining hand that you raise
Is a symbol of faith and praise

God offers light to those who yearn

Then our degree of faith we return

That voice of dissent was heard
Not just once twice but a third
Each hand rises up to confirm
The degree to God that we turn
