Have We Not Reason to Rejoice?

In this Latter-Day season
Have we not every reason
To rejoice in Christ?
Though our hearts oft grow heavy
And our stresses are many
The Lord knows our cries!

Have we not every reason
To rejoice in this season?
For the Lord is near
As we bask in His gospel
Blessings become possible
For the Way is clear
