Offended Taking Offense and Being Offensive To Fall Away

I put a lot of thought into these words and it might be as close to a poem as it is going to get.


First, there is avoidance, the act of ignorance.             ("I don't know what you're talking about!")
Then, comes the misleading lie, set to confuse.                    ( "You must be mistaken!")
Last, the denial one cannot ignore hence
As it is abusive, defensive and designed to accuse!  ("How dare you! 

                                                                                                 You must stop accusing me!  

                                                                                                 It is you who knew him!" Like a bully,                                                                                                      the words are meant to shut you up.)

Jesus and his disciples left the city and went over to the Mount of Olives. Knowing that his terrible ordeal was at hand, he spoke with those he loved. Thoughts about offense:To take offense is a personal decision and is a reaction to another's words or actions.
The Sadducees were- angry and took offense (felt threatened by Him) with Jesus and accused Him of blaspheme for His words and actions.
