As I Receive the Sacrament

As I receive His bread anew
I know it's of His flesh
I pledge myself, His will to do:
To lift, console, and bless

As I drink of His blood today
I'm cleansed and freed from sin
I feel to ponder, read, and pray
As His life flows within
