The Book of Mormon is true
It testifies of Christ
It teaches of Him anew
And offers us more light
Its people were of Jerusalem
They left from there long ago
They took the word of God with them
And kept records of their growth
They cycled in and out of pride
While their prophets taught of Christ
He came to them when He died
And when He left, how they cried!
