The Violin and the Widow

The caravan of life
Relentlessly went on
And left the widowed wife
With the past to look upon

A nervous violist
Came along one day
A moment to cherish
for the Spirit helped her play

The strains of the bow sang true
Her fingers were elegant
It was a favorite tune
And to the widow, significant!

Messages of inspiration from President Thomas S. Monson
