2,000 years a seed lies dormant!
As a Christendom informant
Then to be planted in fertile soil
To be raised up and prized as royal
Frankincense has returned
As to the past we have turned
Myrrh too grows at this holy land
Both to heal us to understand
Too, we have discovered what "gold" is
The healing balm of Gilead
Foretelling all Christ would do
These gifts of the wise men...for they knew
The days of old are being restored
To when we were blessed and had the Lord
He walked the paths that still exist today
Where He will return, again, someday
