Fasting is a beautiful thing
For the Spirit and blessing that it brings
A special way to express our faith
And pray for someone while making off'rings
To give up pride and our rebellious ways
To distinguish black and white from all the greys
To go without that another might have
While acknowledging all the bounty that one has
pondering our Fast and Testimony meeting...
Studying the gospel is like- Catching a double rainbow; Each drop of wisdom reflects light- Hinting there is more to see and know!
