The scriptures are the word of God
Here He teaches of His plan
Through His prophets He speaks to all
Lighting our minds to expand
When I read, I know who I am
I'm encircled with His love
I want to serve and obey Him
And return to Him above
I know when I pray, He is there
Through His Son who leads the Way
God hears and answers every prayer
Oft He gives me words to say

Studying the gospel is like- Catching a double rainbow; Each drop of wisdom reflects light- Hinting there is more to see and know!
