In the lonely vigil
Of helping others see
We've a lovely candle
For bright company

Burning bright within
Is our Savior's Light
Bringing us to Him
If we choose the right

Ours to burn always
And share high upon a hill
So, those who know dark days
Can find Him through us still

Ours to speak of warmly
Unto all who will hear
Ours to welcome freely
If their hearts will come draw near.
