Let There Be Light!

There was no light
During wars long ago
The blackouts at night
Were for safety to know

The nighttime so long
War seemed without end
Till someone wrote in a song
That lights would come on again
---------------------------
Today the enemy is back
Threatening our homes
Tis the greatest attack
As its Satan who roams

Let there be more light!
As morals dim he's hard to see
If we choose the right
His works won't deceive

Let those with light discourse
Upon the public square
Teaching of the bright course
Making each more aware

Elder Quentin L. Cook
Let there Be Light!
Ensign, November 2010,

We should both participate ourselves and support people of character and integrity to help reestablish moral values that will bless the entire community
