If You Want to Be a Leader- Start Within

If you want to be a leader start within
Prove to others you are eager to begin
Walk in the paths of those before, righteously
And be known as one who works courageously

Seek the counsel of the Lord in all things
And give thanks for the blessing that this brings
Increase the activity of those around
By, yourself, being willing to do each job found

Persisting in hard tasks will take you far
So be responsible for what you do and say,
Mangage yourself, be positive, and do not spar
And lean unto the Lord all the long day
