The same God who set us free
To live here in darkness
Also, sent us light to see...
Through one with perfect meekness
Ever shining in us and above
Distilling messages to be heard
Giving us hope, peace, light, and love
Ever from He, the Way, the Life, the Word
To reach us as a truly gently voice
For pondering and retention
Never boisterous... it's there for choice
Reaching the heart warmly for detection
Through this Heavenly Father is near
Such that fresh tears moisten
I know I have nothing to fear
If I trust and listen
Studying the gospel is like- Catching a double rainbow; Each drop of wisdom reflects light- Hinting there is more to see and know!
