With the Light of Christ in All Things

With the Light of Christ in all things
Is it any wonder
That all we see points to Him
From above the Earth to under

With the Light of Christ in all things
We are left wondering
At the examples in His teachings
Of what this principle is offering...

Jesus spoke of the lost sheep
And of the hen with ample wings
He taught where to cast our seeds
And of the law of harvesting

In the desert, near where I'm at

I see a sign drawn by our great king

A long cross on a donkey's back 

It is there for our remembering?

The people were so welcoming

On their own terms of understanding 

But Jesus knew what was coming

And where they would leave Him, standing

But we can better than that

Read His Words, to be understood

And praise Him where e're we're at

We've His Light shining- life is good

Always, with our thoughts on Jesus
We can seek Him with His Light so clear

What He's put inside each of us

Helps us to grow- we have cause to cheer!
