Your Temper Was So Brisk

Your temper was so brisk
You flipped and took the risk
And while your manners waned
In selfishnes more you gained

You noticed not at all
Just how close the call
T'was I who braked to swerve
And rambled of your nerve

Then up ahead the light
Signaled red your flight
While behind you did stop
The alerted traffic cop
