Yes, temptations do persist
But we've this help to resist...

As sacred music is a prayer to God
It soothes our minds of quite a lot
And while it's played in the background
We feel a sanctuary's all around

And, as music does stay in the head
We can play it before going to bed
That when we rise we feel rested
And more prepared to resist when tested

But, there's one thing for us to learn
That we must repent lest old thoughts return
We must expand our mind unto cleaning
And ever apply prayer for its intervening
