Faith is a Spiritual Gift

Faith is a spiritual gift
Formed and kindled by hearing
And it will ever upwards lift
As to our covenants we're adhering

Faith begins with hope in the Savior
And is a reward for righteousness
Thus, obedient patterns of behavior
Will help guide us in the darkness

Faith is formed by developing focus
Like unto molecules in the sunlight hour
It's a spiritual photosynthesis
That lights the eye of faith unto power

Faith is a law of attraction
With specific molecular behavior
Enticed by belief and action
That all things are possible for endeavor

With such faith comes confidence
As well as great expectations
That one's steadfast with diligence
For brightness and inspiration
