Peel Back the Layers

Peel back the layers
To who I really am
A child whom God favors
Washed in the blood of the Lamb

Where there is no pride,
No deceit or anger!
Where from Thee I don't hide
But, with Thee my prayers linger!

Contention is gone
And I don't judge at all
In faith i am made strong
And I recognize my call

Open up my heart ❤️
To where I really feel!
Give me hope in my part!
Help me focus on what's real!

Holding nothing back,
I pray to Thee today,
For strength where I lack.
Help me see me
as Thou sees me
always!

I escape into movies and eat more than I should. I hide my emotions and pretend everything 's good. I don't have a clue how to help someone else. But, I love Thee Jesus, and from Thee, I find help.
The best version of me is hiding in here somewhere...To open up, repent and of ny best self, share

S-L-I-P!

Excited, I step into the unknown!
Eager to bury the old for the new!
But, at the last second, there my feet go!
And I am taught of humility, too!

The Greatest Miracle Known

Indescribable was His call

To atone for mankind, alone.

This ultimate triumph of all

Is the greatest miracle known!

Irrefutably, He paid the debt.

Nothing can compare or compete!

Jesus' conquering of sin and death

Yes, was irreplicably complete!

This week on social: First Presidency testifies of the ‘most glorious event in history’

President Nelson invited individuals to remember that, while the Atonement of Jesus Christ includes His suffering in the Garden of Gethsemane and His death on the cross at Calvary, it was at the Garden Tomb that His atoning work “was fully realized and His victory over sin and death became truly complete.”

He testified, “The Savior’s Resurrection was the ultimate triumph, the ultimate miracle, wrought of foreordination, indescribable agony and divine power from on high.”

Stretched Thin

Stretched thin
It is hard to breathe...
To think.
Still, pray and believe

Do You? Have you?

Do you know?
Have you heard?
Where to go?
Who is there?

Isaiah 40:28
He never wearies
He does not faint
Give Him your worries
In Him, have faith
