The Lord can shoulder alone
The weight of fallen men
And every sin ever known
For He was and is, "ALL IN!"
100% committed
He did not back out
The Lord can shoulder alone
The weight of fallen men
And every sin ever known
For He was and is, "ALL IN!"
100% committed
He did not back out
God's commandments
Are of stone not of sand
His laws do not shift
But permanently stand
A passing thought-
Comes out of thin air
Filled. We are taught
And we know God is THERE!
Have you ever said something random and then realized it was inspiration?
Jesus doesn't ignore the doubt
The agony of grief
He awaits to lift those who are down
And restore them to belief
Thinking of doubting Thomas and how his grief must have magnified as he felt left out because he wasn't there when Jesus first showed himself.
God can take our pain
And turn it to our good
A lesson to gain
That builds with gratitude
The light, love and warmth
You've been seeking for
Is found in the arms
Of the living Lord
Live the golden rule
Be a light that's grand
You can be a tool
In the Savior's hand
Live the golden rule
No matter who you are
Life is beautiful
When you spread His light afar

Mountains of doubt and despair
Can be removed and replaced
Turn to the Lord and His care
Embrace His love and His grace
Home can be a holy place
Where we can feel as one
Where we can make loving space
For the living Son
Based on notes from conference talk President Erying April 2019
Pride, stopped sharing
contention, envy, strife, robbers, hate murders,
Teach in homes to love God so there be no ites, not above another, not better
Love of God_ come unto Him, faith in Him
Happy! Blessed, prospered, risen to a spiritual place
Underlying cause of contention is Satan
Pride- Humility-
Rivalry- help each other out
Hate. Love
Desire to do good
Repentance
Ponder and pray and mention this need for love in the home
Take heart- others will remember
Racked- heard father's words
Mercy- gall of bitterness, harrowed up by sins no more.
Temple
Hope children to love together forever
Being faithful qualifies us
Prayer reaches across the world
Keeping family together
